Job Overview:

Working as a part of our analytics team in India for our clients worldwide, the candidate would be responsible for the construction and manipulation of large-scale and complex datasets using SAS/ SPSS/ SQL and the production of aggregate data sets and reports driven by project specific needs and reporting requirements. The position would require working onsite / off site across varied short term / long term analytics driven projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage large data sets in statistical packages
• Perform data review and query generation
• Define edit checks to be programmed for the study/project
• Track study progress and issue periodic status reports
• Identify the achievement of milestones to the project team
• May also serve as primary client contact for data management issues
• Create the Data Management Plan for the study/project and assist in the review of the database design

Skills Required:

• Ability to manipulate large data sets in SAS/ SPSS/ SQL
• Attitude to work in a start-up organization environment; innovative
• Pleasant Personality & Ability to engage well with International clients
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)

Work Experience:

2+ years of experience in Data Management

Experience in Financial Services, Telecom, or Retail vertical preferred

Educational Background:

• B.E./ B Tech. (or) Masters in Statistics/Economics/Mathematics or Equivalent
